
Steps
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Brush them with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred. Let them cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
