Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the curry powder, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, and cinnamon and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the beans, broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes and stir to combine.
5. Add the salt and stir.
6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
7. Serve hot with your favorite Indian dish.
