Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the sliced beef, cooking for 2-3 minutes until browned. 4. Stir in the sliced onions and carrots, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crunchy. 5. Pour in the soy sauce, stirring well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
