
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add minced ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef, cooking for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the sliced onions and carrots, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crunchy.
- Pour in the soy sauce, stirring well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
