Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Push the sausage to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side.
4. Scramble the eggs until just set, then mix them with the sausage.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce.
6. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and top with chopped green onion before serving.
