Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
3. Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Lower the heat and add the yogurt, stirring continuously to create a creamy sauce.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the yogurt sauce, and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
