Steps

5. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes, beef skewers for 6-8 minutes, and lamb meatballs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
6. Arrange the grilled meats on a platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
