Steps

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. 2. Place the chicken breast in the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor. 3. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. 5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. 6. Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, then slice. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
