
Steps
- Peel and cube the potato, then boil it in vegetable broth until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and reserve the broth.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and mix with the reserved broth.
- In a small saucepan, heat the mixture and stir in the agar-agar, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until dissolved.
- Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and thyme, stirring well.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once set, carefully unmold the jelly and slice to serve.
