Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent. 3. Add beef strips, season with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. 4. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 5. Add bell pepper and tomato, cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender. 6. Remove from heat, squeeze lime juice over the stir-fry. 7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
