
Steps
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add garlic and chili, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef strips, cook until browned.
- Toss in bell peppers, onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Add fresh basil leaves, cook for another minute.
- Serve hot over steamed rice.

- 100g beef strips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
