Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and cook until they become translucent and fragrant.
3. Add the beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli florets until they are tender but still crisp.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef in the skillet and stir well to coat.
7. Add the steamed broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
