Spiced Indian Beef and Egg Curry with Yogurt

A rich and flavorful Indian-inspired beef curry cooked with peppers and tomatoes, finished with creamy yogurt and topped with boiled eggs. This hearty dish combines tender beef chunks with aromatic spices and a tangy yogurt sauce.

Steps

1. Boil the egg until hard boiled (about 8 minutes), peel and set aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat; add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. 3. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger paste; sauté until golden brown. 4. Add turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala; stir for 1 minute. 5. Add beef cubes, salt, and cook until beef starts browning. 6. Add diced tomatoes and bell peppers; cook covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7. Reduce heat, stir in yogurt gradually to avoid curdling; simmer for another 5 minutes until beef is tender. 8. Cut boiled egg in halves and place on top of the curry. 9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or flatbread.
