Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
3. Stir in the diced chicken, followed by red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked through.
4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
5. Take a porotta and fill it with the spiced chicken mixture.
6. Roll the porotta tightly around the filling and serve hot with your choice of chutney.
