Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and green chili, sauté until onions turn translucent.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add chopped chicken, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and the mixture is dry.
4. Stir in chopped coriander and remove from heat. Let the filling cool slightly.
5. Flatten the bread slice using a rolling pin.
6. Place the chicken filling in the center of the bread, then fold and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
7. Heat a pan, add butter, and fry the bread rolls on all sides until golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
