Simple Indo-Japanese Veg Ramen

A fusion of Indian and Japanese flavors in a comforting vegetable ramen, combining aromatic spices with traditional ramen elements. This easy, vegetarian dish is perfect for a quick, flavorful meal.

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for a minute. 2. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix well. 4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. 5. Add ramen noodles and cook as per package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes). 6. Stir in soy sauce and adjust seasoning. 7. Once noodles are cooked and broth is flavorful, turn off heat. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
