Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
2. Add chopped tomatoes and green chili; cook until the tomatoes soften.
3. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Beat the egg in a bowl and pour into the pan. Stir continuously to scramble the eggs with the masala.
5. Once eggs are cooked through but still moist, mix in chopped coriander leaves and remove from heat.
6. Toast the bread slice until golden and crispy.
7. Serve the masala egg bhurji on top of the toasted bread immediately.
