Steps
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, and oil to form a smooth marinade.
2. Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onions to the marinade. Coat well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions alternately onto the soaked skewers.
4. Preheat a grill pan or oven to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the paneer is golden and cooked through.
6. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
