1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves. 2. Add chaat masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, tamarind chutney, mint-coriander chutney, and salt. Mix well. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 4. Transfer the mixture to a serving plate and garnish with sev. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy the spicy and tangy flavors!
