Steps
1. In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
3. Crack the egg into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your liking (sunny side up or scrambled).
4. While the egg is cooking, toast the muffin or bread until golden brown.
5. Spread ketchup on the toasted muffin/bread.
6. Once the egg is cooked, place it on top of the ketchup-covered muffin.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander if desired.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy snack!
