Steps
1. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana.
2. Add the egg and milk to the mashed banana and mix well.
3. Stir in the chopped nuts and finely chopped tomato.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
5. Spoon small portions of the mixture onto the pan to form fritters.
