Steps

2. Wash and cut the potato into wedges.

4. Toss the potato wedges in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
5. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
6. Meanwhile, prepare the mint yogurt dip by mixing yogurt, chopped mint, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
7. Once the wedges are done, serve hot with the mint yogurt dip.
