Steps

1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and oil to make the marinade. 2. Add paneer cubes, onion rings, and bell pepper rings to the marinade. Mix gently to coat all pieces. 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 4. Thread the marinated paneer, onion, and bell pepper alternately onto the skewers. 5. Heat a grill pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat. 6. Place the skewers on the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred edges appear and vegetables soften. 7. Remove from heat and sprinkle chaat masala or lemon juice as desired. 8. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
