Broccoli Paneer Curry

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they splutter. 2. Add chopped onions, green chili, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until onions turn golden. 3. Add pureed tomato, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes until oil separates. 4. Add broccoli florets and stir well. 5. Pour water, cover, and cook until broccoli is tender (about 7 minutes). 6. Add paneer cubes and garam masala. Mix gently and cook for another 3 minutes. 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
