Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and green chili, sauté until golden.
3. Add the chopped chicken and cook until it changes color.
4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook until chicken is fully cooked and dry.
5. Stir in chopped coriander leaves, then remove from heat and let the filling cool.
6. Trim the bread slices to remove edges and flatten them gently with a rolling pin.
7. Spread butter lightly on one side of each bread slice.
8. Place a spoonful of chicken filling on the unbuttered side of one slice, then cover with the other slice, buttered side out.
9. Heat a non-stick pan and grill the sandwich roll on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
10. Remove from pan, slice in half, and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
