1. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sliced onions; stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. 5. Sprinkle ground cumin over the chicken and stir well to combine. 6. Add shredded carrots and bell peppers; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are just tender. 7. Add cooked noodles to the wok. 8. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through. 9. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 10. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
