Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for an additional minute.
3. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the chicken pieces, cooking until they are browned on all sides.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and add salt. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Sprinkle garam masala and stir well.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
