Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
2. Add the chopped green chili and sauté for 30 seconds.
3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until it starts to brown.
4. Add turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well to coat the chicken.
5. Add cauliflower florets, mix, and cover with a lid. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is tender and chicken is fully cooked.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm as a side dish.
