Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds.
2. When they start to crackle, add chopped onions and green chili; sauté until onions are translucent.
3. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.
4. Add shredded chicken and garam masala, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour into the pan.
6. Stir continuously to scramble the eggs along with the chicken mixture until eggs are cooked through but still moist.
7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with toast or paratha.
