Steps of Preparation:
1. Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the garam masala and continue cooking for another minute.
5. Add the broccoli and ketchup and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
6. Top with cheese and serve hot.
