Steps
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add green chili and tomatoes, cook until tomatoes soften.
5. Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt; mix well.
6. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and stir continuously to scramble.
7. Cook until the eggs are set but still moist.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with toast or roti.
