Steps
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
2. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is set.
6. Flip the omelette carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
7. Serve hot with toast or paratha.
