
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top off the bell pepper and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, diced onion, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the bell pepper.
- Place the stuffed bell pepper onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bell pepper is tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
