Steps

2. Cut the top off the bell pepper and remove the seeds and membranes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, diced onion, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff the mixture into the bell pepper.
5. Place the stuffed bell pepper onto a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bell pepper is tender and the filling is cooked through.
