Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the lemon herb sauce by whisking together the lemon juice, olive oil, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
5. Once the salmon is cooked, remove from the grill and drizzle with the lemon herb sauce.
6. Serve the grilled salmon with additional lemon wedges and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
