1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the sliced beef and minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. 3. Add broccoli florets to the skillet, stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender-crisp. 4. Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter and allow it to melt. 5. Crack the egg into the skillet and cook to your preferred doneness (sunny side up recommended). 6. Remove from heat, gently place sliced avocado on the side. 7.
