Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. 2. Add chopped onions and green chili, sauté until onions turn translucent. 3. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften. 4. Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl. 5. Pour eggs into the pan and stir continuously to scramble, cooking until eggs are fully set but still moist. 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
