Steps
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
2. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to warm up and absorb the flavors.
3. Push the rice to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the empty space. Scramble the egg until fully cooked.
4. Mix the egg with the rice, then add turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
5. If using, stir in the peas and cook for another minute.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
