Steps
1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add the tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in another saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
4. Remove the tea bag from the water and add honey, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg to the tea.
5. Pour the hot milk into the tea mixture and whisk until well combined.
6. Return the saucepan to the heat and gently warm the latte for another minute.
7. Remove from heat and strain the latte into a cup.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
