Orange Chicken Pasta

A flavorful and tangy chicken pasta dish with a hint of citrus from fresh oranges.

Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Meanwhile, slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. 4. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. 5. Squeeze the juice of the orange into the pan and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. 6. Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the pan. Toss to coat everything in the orange sauce. 7. Serve the orange chicken pasta garnished with fresh parsley.
