
Steps
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Add the tea bag, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add milk and honey, stir well, and heat until hot but not boiling.
- Strain the mixture into a mug and discard the tea bag.
- Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for garnish.
- Enjoy your spiced chai latte!

- 2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- Pinch of black pepper
