Steps
1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add the tea bag, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add milk and honey, stir well, and heat until hot but not boiling.
4. Strain the mixture into a mug and discard the tea bag.
5. Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for garnish.
