1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. 2. Add shrimp to the bowl, tossing to coat well. Let marinate for 10 minutes. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. 4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet for 30 seconds on each side. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on the tortillas, then top with avocado, cabbage, cilantro, and a drizzle of lime juice and sour cream if desired. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
