1. Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin. 2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. 3. Spread cream cheese mixture on each bread slice. 4. Place strawberry slices on top. 5. Roll up each bread slice. 6. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, and cinnamon. 7. Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture. 8. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. 9.
