Steps
1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cooked noodles and toss to coat.
3. Push the noodles to one side of the skillet and crack the egg into the other side. Scramble the egg until fully cooked and then mix it into the noodles.
4. Season with salt and stir in the crumbled cookie.
5. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and mix well.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
