Steps

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 2. Add mushrooms to the bowl and toss well to coat evenly. 3. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes. 4. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. 5. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. 6. Remove mushrooms and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
