Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine the diced fish, lime juice, and lemon juice. Stir well to ensure all pieces are coated. 2. Add the red onion, chili pepper, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently. 3. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes, allowing the citrus to 'cook' the fish. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 5. Serve immediately, garnished with sweet potato slices if desired.
