- In a bowl, marinate the beef strips with soy sauce and red wine vinegar for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the sliced onion and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in the diced tomato and frozen fries; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the fries are heated through and the tomato softens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
