Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the diced potato and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. 3. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. 4. Add the cooked rice, diced banana, and season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Crack the egg into the pan and stir to combine all the ingredients. 6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve hot.
