Steps
1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the fish fillet with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
3. Grill or pan-fry the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
4. While the fish is cooking, prepare the spicy pepper salsa by combining the diced red and yellow bell peppers, red onion, jalapeño, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
5. Once the fish is done, plate it and generously top with the spicy pepper salsa.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
