Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds. 3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 4. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 5. Add the cooked rice, ground beef, tomato sauce, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes. 6. Place the pepper halves in a baking dish. 7. Fill the pepper halves with the mixture and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. 9. Serve and enjoy!
