Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Rub the chicken with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken, skin side down, and cook until golden on both sides.
5. Place the skillet in the oven, and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Add the butter to the skillet and stir, cooking an additional 5 minutes.
7. Serve the chicken with vegetables and enjoy!
