Arab Apple Broccoli Salad

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. Set aside to cool. 3. In a large bowl, combine the apples, cantaloupe, and broccoli. 4. Whisk together the honey, olive oil, lemon juice, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cumin, and salt in a small bowl. 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until everything is evenly coated. 6. To serve, break the bread into small pieces and sprinkle over the salad. Enjoy!
