
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the apples, cantaloupe, and broccoli.
- Whisk together the honey, olive oil, lemon juice, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cumin, and salt in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- To serve, break the bread into small pieces and sprinkle over the salad. Enjoy!
